Opinion on a guy’s action?

We know each other since 1 year we were work colleagues he was superior than me. we both knew we had feelings for each other but when I asked him out he just try to blew the topic after that I never asked. Later a year after I left the company we were still in contact and I was trying to avoid him as I knew it would just destroy your mental peace. Recently from no where he was on my mind whole day later morning I got a text from him saying that’s really unusual but I was thinking about you yesterday. Plus he expressed him self by taunting me for not response his last text for weeks. And I was blank I knew we were connected from the day we met but I thought he don’t want things to grow. And now I don’t know what to do! Is he really into me? Or it’s just I don't know

He might be. Did you respond and what did he say back if anything? He might have had feelings before but then really thought about things and how it could be tough to date a coworker and someone that was under him work wise. When things go wrong that can create problems at work that he doesn't want to deal with especially as a superior. Things can get really messy. I am not suggesting that you would do such a thing but what if you two had a big fight and then you claimed sexual harassment and had a bunch of texts from when things were good but now aren't? So you can see how messy it can get. So maybe he blew it off then and now that you left he is thinking it is a possibility.

It’s really wired he knew every other had this crush on me one of the superior who works with him asked me out as well but he is a guy I was interested in. We barely speak while working if we speak doesn’t go well it just end arguing. But on the phone or text we are amazing lol. Well at the moment are just having a casual conversation that’s it. But I just don’t want to get stuck between this mixed signal thing. I don’t know what’s going on in his head.

I honestly would look at it as he is mitigating any risks of dating a coworker by backing off before. Now he is revisiting the fact he did have a thing for you and it is much more realistic now. I don't think you have anything to worry about. I'd keep up the casual conversation and see how things go. You don't need to rush.
