He once told me that the guys I was dating is lucky to have me because I'm very smart, again the other day when we were driving to work he said I'm very smart and a respectful girl. We share the same personal traits, we are both ambitious and working hard toward our dreams, I'll say we are the same, I guess that what makes me like him. I knew the guy for 10 years now, we don't talk much on the phone except for work, my friends at work they think we are dating until I told them once that we are not but they did not believe it, they said we behave like people who are in love. When we are talking he always comes close to me like he wants to kiss me. Now what confuses me, recently he does not come like he did into my office, like he is trying to avoid me, I asked him he said he never stopped being my friend we come very far together, once he told me that he sees me as his young sister of which I don't believe that like he is hiding his feelings, we have this deeper connection I don't know what is blocking us from being couples. But his behaviour now and then tells me he desires me as I do. I have tried to show him I also like him, and we will both be in a romantic moment like looking at each other and smiling. I know when we can get a chance to be alone he went can definitely kiss. Please any advice why is he behaving this way and what should I do to break the ice.
