+1 yFor me, respect has different meanings.
If they're kind to me I'll be kind back... that kind of respect. Like in a disagreement, I don't mind the disagreement when they can think logically and not resort to name calling or other such ad hominem attacks. So yeah, I can be nice... I return that quality. Even on this site, I only get nasty with people when they decide they can be nasty first.
But I can't respect what they do or look at it in high esteem... that's like a different kind of respect. It's not like they worked hard to get all those dicks in their mouth and post thirst traps online. Like, take some chump of a retard that actually flunked all his classes, but his parents are rich and because they make donations, he got through medical school with good grades... would you really respect that man? I mean think about it... especially if he's flaunting it like he's such hot shit, but you know the truth, circumstances only gave him that by chance and it's only a matter of time until he fucks around and finds out. Same with hoes... they will hit the wall one day. And most of them are not saving that money and thinking even 3 months into the future.
Then there is respect that is actually fear, but I don't think that really applies to hoes. Not unless they're crazy and stabby like.
Well that was my opinion... I'll fuck off now.

4.9K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. I'm perfectly able to be civil, and respect them as a human being, but I certainly wouldn't respect them as a relationship partner - that's a completely different type of respect.
A woman can choose to be a hoe or a lady - I can't make that choice for her, nor can anyone else (short of violence/SA) - and her choice, like every choice in life, is going to come with consequences. For the women who choose to be a hoe, one of the consequences is that nearly all men are going to see her for what she is and treat her as such - FOREVER. Likewise for the women who choose the path of a lady.
If a person makes a choice, they don't get a free pass on the consequences - that's not how life works. A lot of women want it both ways: to be a hoe but get treated like a lady when they decide they want that. It's going to be a VERY painful and long-lived lesson to discover that life doesn't work that way.
If I decided to be a criminal, and ended up getting convicted of violent felonies, those consequences would follow me around my entire life, and greatly limit my potential in a great many ways, and NO ONE would have any sympathy for me or those limitations, even if I lived a clean and pure life for 40 years. If I asked for sympathy, I'd be told that I'd made my choices and those were my consequences. I could give plenty of other examples, but the point is, no one gets a free pass. Just because a choice doesn't come with an up-front cost doesn't mean that the bill will never come due, because it absolutely will. But a lot of people seem to think that they can get out of it somehow, and by the time they figure out they can't, it's far too late for them.
But no one is going to cry for them. They made their choices.

Anonymous(25-29)+1 yMost men in general can’t be nice to women without wanting something from them. It’s not just hoes it’s any women.
And yes, men can be nice to a woman deemed a hoe. Men have a hive mind towards sex but not a hive mind towards judgement, whereas women are the opposite.Men will for the most part operate on their own individual morality and integrity when interacting with anyone. While one man would assault a woman who hit him, another would never put his hands on one. Even if a woman slept with an entire bus of men they still will all act different ways towards her depending on their own individual judgement.

No. OMG I can’t believe I’m going to quote my mom. If you look and act like a slut boys will treat you like a slut. I went through a slutty goth girl phase. I’m not flashing my tits at the bar anymore. But I still dress sexy. I don’t want my boyfriend looking anywhere else. Boys want a sexy girl they can trust. And a slut in bed

Now it seems that people have broadened that definition out to any behavior regarding sex/relationships that someone else doesn't approve of. But my second rant is this: a "Whore" is a prostitute, someone that takes money to preform sex acts. Not another girl that flirts with your boyfriend. You don't have to like it that she did that, but it doesn't make her a whore. Now as for can I respect a woman that is clear about her sexual interest? Yes, and God bless her for communicating clearly.

What if she doesn’t sell her body and just sleeps with men without expecting anything from them?

Yeah I guess then

I got used by guys. I thought I was popular. I enjoyed the sex a lot. Thought I would find a great guy by giving them sex. Turns out they were just using me. I have a body count I’m not proud of. I hate who I used to be. I hate her so much!!! I've had to work hard to change who I am. But a lot of people still see me as a slut. Don’t be like me. You won’t like you in the end 😔
No, because there’s nothing respectful about being a hoe. It’s supposed to be a shameful thing, an absolute last resort when you have no other options left in life. But too many women do it for “fun” or because they’re taking the easy way out. You respect people when they do the right thing, not when they do what’s easy. Sex is easy for women to get, and difficult for men to get. That’s why if a man sleeps around he’s a stud, but if a woman sleeps around she’s gross. At least a man had to work hard to get it. That’d be like respecting a fat person for “trying” to lose weight, when all they do is eat cake all day. Nothing respectful about that.

+1 yI will treat them as a woman and I treat all women politely and with respect.
Do I actually respect their work? No and if I know them on a level past just formalities they will know that but I will never degrade them. That's not my place
This is assuming you literally mean whores or extremely slutty women as hoes and not a general term

No, I'd never respect them and I'd not hang around people like that.

+1 yI'm not sure what your definition of "hoes". I think women should enjoy sex as much as men and I've never been with a lover who didn't get off at least as much as I did.
10 Reply 1.8K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Can they? Sure. Will they? Possibly not bc they know the girl will do whatever anyway, so why put in the extra effort.

I mean it’s not about being mean it’s more about the respect but then being disrespectful also means you were never really nice to that hoe

So a man will only be nice or respect a hoe if he is trying to sleep with her?

So you’re telling me that you are only nice to them and respectful because either you already slept with them or want to sleep with them?
Opinion Owner+1 yThey aren't allowed in out bed. They have to sleep out in the garage with the rest of the tools and machinery
+1 yBe nice and respect that someone is a "hoe" are separate things entirely. I can be polite, that does not equate to respect.

So men can’t be nice to hoes either? So the only reason why they are being “respectful” or “nice” to them is because eventually they will want to sleep with them?
- +1 y
So you will never try to sleep with one
Yes but a guy would be a fool to marry one
