Who was wrong in each of these scenarios? Why do people keep responding to me like this?

scenario one. I make one innocent joke that my girlfriend cooks like crap. I was totally joking and she said I was a jerk. I said she was lucky to be with me and she is a rude little pig. Just a joke. She then wants to break up with me. Shouldn't I want to break up with her? She took my innocent joke and made it about different things.

Scenario two. I was walking and I his older woman asked me for help. I told her she was a lazy B and to do it herself. It was totally a joke. This woman said I was ungrateful and a jerk. Ungrateful? She should be grateful to even be speaking to me. She comes from the rough part of town and I don't. I don't want to get my shoes dirty by stepping where you just stepped.

Last scenario. This kid was outside. He was probably eighteen. I came over and shoved him into the mud and got his school clothes all dirty. I wanted to say see you next fall. And get this cute girl to laugh but before I could he started fighting me. So I called his parents over and told them to deal with this kid.

My question is. Why do people treat me so rudely? I'm just joking about stuff. It's not my fault they don't have sense of humor and are sensitive. who is to blame in each scenario.

I'm guessing those things didn't happen, and you're just describing serial escalation of dickery ascribed to yourself in the lead-up to some sort of joke or other where you are the punchline, right?

Yea I can see how I came off rude, but I was just joking. So if I was joking, then obviously it was their reaction that is the problem.

You can't control how people respond to your jokes. If you're making things up but people don't even realise you're making them up then it is going to backfire horribly, and blaming it on the audience is futile. It isn't about who is or isn't to blame. It is about who lives with the results.

You're to blame in all of them. You think you're funny but you're not. And it's worse when you realize your "joke" was not viewed as funny and you double down on it by making a worse "joke". But mostly I think you know they're not jokes and you're just a terrible person. But you know you're a loser already and masking it with arrogance. Two possible explanations:

1. A joke is when you say something and somebody else laughs. Nobody is laughing in these scenarios and you are calling it a "joke" as a pretext to say and do things that are mean.

2. You are a horrible troll.

That is Uncle Thunder. He is an old cat (at least 8 years old,) prowls around outside during the day, killing any rodent who comes near. At night and in bad weather, he comes inside to sleep in safety and comfort on my closed back porch.

I was rude but I was just joking. So a joke can't be to blame. Anger is to blame. Anger from them. How am I to blame when I'm smiling but they are mad?
