Is it weird my boyfriend makes sexual comments regarding his family members?

my boyfriend treats me well and is good to me for the most part. I have been getting some creepy vibes from him lately and I cannot tell if I am overreacting but something seems off to me. He has made sexual remarks about his female cousins. We were at a party recently and his cousin was drinking wine and he made a remark about how her and her boyfriend will disappear to the bathroom as a joke. And it’s not like that has happened before at their parties, he was just saying it as a joke since she was drinking. I didn’t find it funny, I found it kinda strange. Then when I met his other cousin, he told me she had a tattoo between her boobs and he said something like it’s weird because it looks like he is checking her out when he looks at it. The tattoo wasn’t visible to me, but it’s just a weird thing to say. He also told me he had a conversation with his female cousin about our sex life, which made me feel weird. It just seems so off to me, I could see if it was his male cousin maybe, but this type of conversation with a female cousin is strange. Is this weird or am I just making it that way?
