Is he flirting or am I imagining things?

He’s married but doesn’t wear a ring and mentions things that make me wonder if they’re secretly separated.

Ever since we met I’ve had strong feelings for him. Like scary amounts of feelings for him.

Since he’s married I would never tell him about my feelings.

But he touches me a lot — little things like on the shoulder, on my arm, on my hand, while he’s talking to me at work. Once we were sitting next to each other and while he’s saying something he touches me on my leg… he does this right in front of our coworkers, he’s not trying to hide it. To get my attention he’ll touch my arm/shoulder instead of just saying my name…

He remembers little things I’ve said and brings them up later, for example I told him one day I was tired and couldn’t get to sleep the night before and almost every time we’re saying goodbye after work he’ll mention something like are you gonna be able to sleep tonight or sometimes he’ll ask if I got some rest over the weekend…

When he asks me a question he’ll come over and get really close to me and once he just straight up came over and whispered something in my ear that he could’ve absolutely said out loud…

He seems to genuinely like me/care about me, and I don’t think he treats everyone else like this or at least I haven’t noticed it. And I’m trying to figure out if I’m just imagining things, wanting him to be interested in me, or if these signs are actually legitimately flirting?
