Why do men keep looking at me weirdly (without smiling) in public suddenly? Can I ask them if something is wrong?

What do you look like?

Sounds like maybe you’ve changed something. Maybe you’ve started looking at these men more or maybe you are in a different environment. There’s many reasons why this may happen but you’ll have to elaborate more for a more accurate response.

Naturally, if Im just in lalaland or having a walk with no mission or errand at hand I would find myself gaze over the beauty of this world any chance I get. It happens subconsciously for me it’s like when Im driving and I suddenly look over to an open field that I struggle to get my eyes back to the road. There’s a sense of wonder, of peace and bliss just to sit in that field and feel everything slow down as I gaze around. There’s a steadiness of nature, a gentle feel, a level of wholeness being one with the earth


In a similar way, if a guy isn’t just glancing over at you or staring with the intentions to get into your pants I would say they might find you pleasing to look at whether its your well taken-care of gentle skin, your hair, femme frame and just your feminine presence in general

It is like seeing a stray kitten out and away from a home, its so cute and we have a need (guy/girl) to protect it similar to a female’s presence that when we have awareness there’s a girl around we get a good look to size her up, see how she carries herself, assess her demeanor (if she’s crying for help), and the environment for her and our instincts kick on that we have a duty to protect her no matter if she’s with a guy (guy is almost always physically more resilient than his lady if not stronger than his lady in almost all cases and if a stranger ever needs to butt in then he will)

No way for us to know. Have you changed something recently? Feel free to ask, but you might just create an even weirder situation. Like, "is there something wrong with me that's making you stare at me?" might come off a little weird and confrontational.

I'm not saying you don't look like a normal person, but if you've started dressing differently or done a new hair style, it might stand out. Or, you could just be staring at people out of paranoia, so they're looking back at you. Sometimes you just perceive that people are staring at you, when it's normal for everyone to glance at everyone around them.

I don’t think I’ve done anything really different. My hair is about the same color, same figure, same makeup, etc. All I can think is it’s summer so I’m not wearing a super heavy coat covering my whole body.

Maybe you just have big boobs they're staring at. Or revealing shorts/skirts. They could just be checking out your body, is the point.

But they’re looking at my face making eye contact usually.

If I had to guess, you're either staring at them or there's something weird about you and are now just realizing people are staring at you

No I’m not staring at them. I look and they’re looking at me for sure. I’m not crazy.

Then there's probably something weird about the way you look or your demeanor.
