I would question the idea of any man wanting to change a woman physically (I think nearly all men would look for a different women vs trying to alter some woman to fit their ideal, and if there is some male creature wanting to turn a woman into a plastic surgury ideal of theirs I'd say they are NO man, they're a creep bastard). My gut instinct here though feels that this is most likely your impression of a man vs his intention perhaps?

A man may encourage their partner to lose weight, for example. This isn't them wanting to physically change the woman, this is them being concerned for the woman and maybe also feeling the woman would be better off for being fitter (or attempting exercise) and also might feed into their desire for the woman as a fitter version of herself.

I don't think any man would stay with a woman they where not able to be happy with them as they original feel for them (though they MAY always lust after the girl they first met and some guys _might_ try to keep that woman as close to that original girl as encouragement allows [and a overbearing creepy guy might nag the woman incessently])

Probably hard for him to get women in general. But the guy has standards as well.

Think about this... he finally gets a chick after about 35 months of seeing no vagina action at all because he can't figure out how to get vaginas. She's kind of heavy set though and he prefers thinner chicks. He's also noticing she has habits that are just making her fatter. 🤔 "Hmmmmm, How can get this fatty to slim down?"

I mean sure, you could leave her for having no vagina at all again... but then what? He doesn't know if he can get more vagina. But he has her, and she's fine except she's a bit fat and getting fatter. So he begins the quest to convince her to get in shape and to stop eating like a fucking pig.

This is an excellent question. A close friend of mine met a guy none of us got to know at all and vanished. Within five years she had three kids a boob job and a bunch of other work done at his insistence. (Mind you, this girl was a natural beauty who used to have guys COMPLETELY mesmerized and tripping over themselves to be with her.)


Anyway, with this guy she just rolled over and did whatever he asked her to do…


About a year after the boob job he cheated on her with a girl who (get this) looked the way SHE had before he made her get all those alterations….


Now (~7 years later) she undid whatever implants and fillers she could, did some reconstructive work and is married to a guy 20years her junior. (Mom/Milf obsession? 🤷🏻‍♀️Go figure.) Anyway, she finally seems happy, but I bet if the kid she’s married to now told her to go parasailing she would (though she can’t swim and is deathly afraid of heights). 🤔
