How do I keep a guy in my office from staring at my chest area?

There is a guy in my office that talks to me, but does not look me in the face. Now, I realize that I am a 34DDD which is large but not extremely huge. When he talks to me he seems to be talking to my breasts without looking at my face. I don't feel that this guy is creeping or anything like this. I feel that he doesn't realize what he is doing, but it does make me feel a bit uncomfortable. How do I convey this to him?

Just talk to him about it. You know, in a non-confrontational and professional way.

"We work together, I respect you as a colleague, and I would appreciate the same level of respect from you as well. It sometimes makes me uncomfortable when you stare at my tits, and I don't want to make a big deal out of this. Let's work this out like adults please"

Give a fair chance to work it out between yourselves before getting your supervisor or HR involved. He might not even realize his eyes are gravitating because that is quite a prominent feature. If he does respect you as a colleague he'll realize that and make an effort to not stare at your tits.

Keep it simple, maybe he's interested in you or something, but just staring at your tits isn't the right way to go about that either.

You need some kind of trick shirt that when you push a button your boobs will pop out of the shirt not your real boobs just like two eyeballs or something like that and go out maybe about 2 ft and just freak the guy out press the button let them pop out of your chest and stare right at him with those eyes and put the eyes back in your shirt LOL somehow that makes sense

Just tell him you would appreciate that he looks you in the eyes when he is talking to you , tell him the truth that he makes you feel uncomfortable by him not looking you in the eyes when he is talking to you. If he is a decent human being he will apologize and tell you he is sorry , if he isn’t a decent human being then just ignore him and report him to your upper management if he doesn’t stop

I'd go with the plausible deniability approach. Just pull him off to the side away from other people and say "Hey, I noticed that when we talk, you don't look me in the face. It kind of seems like you might be staring at my chest and that's making me a little bit uncomfortable."

I used to work with a woman that was 5'11" and well endowed. And even though I told myself each time I talked to her I was going to look her in the eye. She'd wear significantly low cut tops. And I swear, gravity is increased around exposed cleavage. We don't want to do it. But the gravity pulls on a man's eyeballs. She never said anything but like you, I know she had to notice. And we worked together for years.
