Should you never date a guy you pity?

I tend to pity date and be pity friends with guys who pursue me

ugh so stupid of me because usually they end up abusing me. Yup. I’m nice and they end up abusing me.

so never date a guy you pity for his height looks money etc.

just don’t do it. They aren’t grateful. Not saying they should be but hey they’re the ones pursuing me. Why would they bother if they know they’re not at my level in some obvious way?

for example I pity was friends and was about to pity date some guy who’s so effeminate. He would wear an earring and he was into being spoiled by women with gifts lmfao. Doesn’t get more effeminate does it.
I was willing to overlook that due to my loneliness.
