If a guy doesn’t usually initiate texting, but is super fast to respond. I mean like within a few minutes and keeps the conversation going, does he like her or not?

Also why would he not initiate if he did actually like her?

What you are asking is for us to either read someone's mind or take a complete guess. Either way it isn't going to give a definitive answer. Let me ask this though, if two people are known to be attracted to each other as you claim would they be more inclined to like each other or not? I would say that they would probably like each other. While physical attraction doesn't guarantee that the more important parts of a relationship are there it is a good start. You can like someone and they turn out to be a complete mismatch personality wise which will never work but I'm guessing if they have long conversations even by text they have the personality part worked out pretty well
