The guy should bring the condoms! Otherwise, they may not fit. Fortunately, they come in different sizes — the guy will know what feels good and works for him.

My insurance paid for my vasectomy. Not 100% sure why though, it wasn't medically necessary. They probably figured that it was easier than having to find out if it was actually medically necessary.
