I don't like been in debt. So it would be very rare I would ask, if I did the reason would be clear and I would pay back Asap.

For sure don't lend to someone again if they haven't paid you back already.

If you are willing to give it but not expect it back don't say that, until they prove it that they are going to pay it back. It's a way to test someone's intentions and trust.

Maybe if it's like small amounts and lending and paying back is a way to keep interaction, if you find it hard to have other "excuses" to talk.

If it's larger amounts or if he keeps asking for money without paying back.

Unfortunately this is the way the world works. Everything has a price. And attractiveness IS a currency. If you're a not so attractive woman or man.
