Guys: If a guy offers to help you with things is he into you or just being friendly?

He is constantly offering to help me do things. I am confused since we are friends, but have been more than friends in the past. Is he just being nice or is possibly he doing this because he is interested?

He sounds like he likes you, but he could just want to get a little something for his services like old times? One trick to finding this out... ASK HIM? "Hey, why are you so nice to me? Are you just trying to get some of my cookies again? LOL" (Say it jokingly but listen and watch his actions seriously)

I always offer to help, actually even at the gym, if I'm walking by the cardio room and someone's coming out. I stop to open the door for him/her (usually a her lol) but it doesn't mean I'm interested.
I just have a habit to help whenever I see someone in need

Like everyone else has said, kind of depends. He could be doing it just to be nice but if he is showing interest in other ways then it's because he likes you. Guys show interest in more than one way just pay attention and you can usually see

Its possible. I would help my crush with anything of course. But I would help other people with some things too. So you have to compare how much the crush helps you with how much he helps others. Same goes with all possible "signs".

There are two options:
Option 1: He is a genuinely nice and mature guy.
Option 2: He is still into you.
He did something for you, so he may be into you, but you're friends, so he may actually be nice.
It's hard to say, really.

It just means he things u r super cute and doesn't want to see u work
he probably likes u.

That could mean one of two things:

1) he's into you, or

2) he's just being friendly
