I read the 4th cover by a French journalist, who wrote on it

"After decades of relentless feminism, what's left of man? He hasn't disappeared, no, he's metamorphosed. Into a woman. Today's man waxes and dolls. He's faithful, sentimental, a consumer. Gone is the macho man, gone is the Casanova of male seduction, gone is the "first sex" in name only. "

Do you agree with this?

I think a lot of young guys today are confused as hell. A lot are in a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation. They are being inundated with completely opposite sides.

They don't know if they should adhere to equality, or open the door for their date. They don't know if they should pay for the date or split the bill. They don't know if they should be masculine or soft.

They are getting it from both sides. Maybe they are trying to do what they think is right, but don't know what right is. They simultaneously hear about women wanting a gentlemen, and masculine toxicity.

They have no role models. They have no men who know the balance.

The entire premise is false and sexist

“Today’s man is faithful” just implies that yesterday’s man was a cheater
It’s a lie.

Plus the description is very precise. It’s not what men today are like it’s what feminists want men today to be.
So by saying this they try to manifest a reality that doesn’t exist

Sure there are softie soy boys out there today but they have always existed. Since ancient times there have been “macho men”, “soft men”, and anything in between.
Many times it ties to their natural levels of testosterone

Not completely fast, it’d true a lot of men are not masculine at all nowadays, my family always say now you can’t know if a man is gay or not since so many are féminine but i come from a very traditional family so

I think it is disturbing that it is plausible a boy never has a relationship with a mature man.

Primary school has long been entirely populated by female teachers. There are a few male teachers in secondary schools. University has a large proportion of female lecturers but no idea of the ratio of gender. Likely that varies by course.

Boy scouts has been feminized by merging with brownies.

So if you take my point, the son of a single mom is unlikely to have an enduring relationship with a 30+ man. With a married couple divorce seems to happen after 8 years when the 1.8 children hit primary school. So a boy can be without that mature man relationship from about 0 to 20 or about 5 - 20 assuming such a relation ship does occur about 20.

Divorced fathers hopefully maintain fathering but there is pressure to be the good guy so it is not going to be the same.

I tend to think this is the most significant aspect.

Yes I do. A lot of men are like that these days. Not all, but a lot. I blame women for this. Women said they wanted men who were in touch w their feelings, who were emotional. Now this is what you got. Women said people should be accepted for who they are. These women who think that a female is anyone who identifies as a female. That men can give birth. To have a man who is ok w talking about his feelings. Not only that a lot of single women raising boys, teaching these young boys what they think a man should be. A lot of women don’t hold men to standards. There’s no real reason for men to have standards these days the way women give it up for nothing. Then to be told over years that we don’t need men. Overtime these men listened. You don’t need them so why do they even need to try? They don’t.

I mean, while I do agree that there's been a decent amount of "feminization" of men over the decades.. But to say that men can't be sentimental, and faithful is simplifying men on a whole other level..

LOL, I feel attacked. I get my nails done with my wife every three weeks. I also grew up poor, so I had to wear my older sisters hand me downs, so I still have no qualms about wearing women's clothes
