Im super confused?

I sent my now ex a paragraph expressing my feelings i noticed he left me on read and when i checked social media he put the text message i sent him as his profile picture why would he do that to me? I blocked him everywhere and i don’t ever want to talk to him again like how emotionally immature could you be at 36 so scary.

You talk about emotional maturity but then you seem to throw a tantrum and maybe rightfully so for what he did. I think he could have done it (if you were okay at the time) as a sign of affection and you blew up. There is no context to what the message was about other than you feelings. We're they good feelings or bad feelings? If they were good then why worry. I do get that I wouldn't like the internet to know my business but honestly you could have just asked him to take it down rather than break up over it and block him all over the place. This seems like an overreaction to something pretty small unless he was doing it with malicious intent. Again, there is not much context to all of this for me to do anything other than guess.

People are never the villain of their life story. Everyone tends to paint their decisions as rational, fair, and intelligent. I believe even Ted Bundy wasn't the villain of his life's story. His behavior while perfectly weird and childish to you make sense to him. Doesn't help but that's the ways humans act. Just be thankful he keeps reminding you why he is an ex.
