Why do guys from years ago feel like it’s okay to talk to me?

I’m not talking about guys I ended good terms with but guys who treated me terribly and chose some other girl over me years ago will see me out in public and talk to me like everything is okay. I had an ex who cheated and gave both of us a sti then lied about it constantly wave and smile at me in public and it’s so weird.
