How can I figure out if he likes me?

So, I started a new job just over a month ago and have developed a massive crush on my manager. I wouldn't normally go there but I really like him. I want to figure out if I have a chance with him. I don't want to be direct and tell him how I feel, but I do feel that I haven't been hiding it well from him either, as in the past week he has started addressing my behaviors, he's done this twice but in a way that sounds like he is just observing. the first time he said something, I didn't catch what he said and then he asked me "Are you thinking dirty?" the second time I was watching him do a job, just observing how he does it and he then he turned, saw me and said "you are watching me". He hasn't shown massive interest in me in that way, but when he has said these two things it makes me think he has noticed my feelings. I'm wondering if I make it clear I like him in my behaviors and just see if he reciprocates in his behaviors. I just don't know how to.
