He blocked you to try to control you because you seen right through his manipulation for 9 months and you cut him off for the same amount of time. You both work together. He gets mad controlling and upset at you talking to other coworkers but you're not trying to make him jealous at all just having a simple conversation. He keeps trying for an entire year to get into your pants not taking no for an answer every day. There's another woman who's married who doesn't like you at the job starts seeing him. He teamed up with her trying to hurt your feelings. You tell him your not interested.. He gets fired a month and 2 weeks later he randomly unblocks you. You find out because he showed up on your suggestions. Did he move on fast? Why feel the need to unblock now? Also he keeps his social media accounts open?

That seems to be a person with full of inferiority complexes and that has a hard time learning. He seems to have some kind of disability or mental block that makes him act the way he does.

This would be a behavior that could be expected from a 5 year old child but not from an adult. It seems that he suffers from some kind of serious form of narcissism.

Getting upset because he cannot achieve what he wants and then teaming with others in order to make you pay for what you don't want to give him is more than just a small psychological issue. It is the sign of a deep psychosis like psychopaths have them.
