Looks will not give you a higher IQ, looks will not make you obtain a good job, looks are fading while what is not visible to the human eye stays a lifelong.

A good character, personality and intellect is really what matters in life.

Accept who you are, you cannot change your looks anyway. And if you decide to have some plastic surgery to change your looks, then you are a vain person because you prioritize looks over the real important things in life.

If someone isn’t willing to accept you because of how you look, they probably aren’t very good people to begin with anyway and if your looks are enough to drive them away, you wouldn’t enjoy being around them.
