Just tell it naturally without embellishing anything or giving wrong or biased information. Being honest is your best approach to your issue and it also shows that you are not trying to be someone you are not. That speaks for yourself.

But also, be prepared to accept rejection because not everyone can handle truth or is willing to start a relationship with someone that has an issue. People nowadays want perfect partners even though they are not perfect themselves.

You are sharing a part of yourself, and that's a sign of strength, not weakness. Own your story. Make sure she understands that this is not a burden you are placing on her.

A problem isn't a problem until we make it a problem a lot of the time. I let this idea get in my way a long time. Don't hide it just be yourself tell her when you feel like the time is right and chances are by being yourself she will know before you tell her. You telling her she will like because she kinda already knew but now she also knows she can trust you to be honest even when you don't want to be. Don't think about it so much you are getting in your own way.
