I don’t know how to tell my girlfriend about this problem and I’m scared she’s going to leave me if I tell her and loose her respect for me and honestly I don’t want to loose her
can you guys please give me advice
There are not many ways to tell your girlfriend about it. Just be honest and tell her that you have had erectile dysfunction in the past.
Honesty is the best way to go about it. If she truly loves you, then she will understand and will not mind.
Have you ever gone to the bottom of your medical problem? There are a number of issues that can cause erectile dysfunction such as:
- type 2 diabetes.
- heart and blood vessel disease link.
- atherosclerosis.
- high blood pressure.
- chronic kidney disease.
- multiple sclerosis link.
- Peyronie's disease.
- injury from treatments for prostate cancer link, including radiation therapy and prostate surgery.
You should have your condition checked as soon as possible to rule out any of those conditions.
The sooner you tell your girlfriend, the better for your relation. Good luck.
Well, I believe you should tell her in advance. Sit with her and tell her you would like to talk about something that's a bit uncomfortable to you but you need her full support and understanding ask her to be open minded before you drop the message. Also you should probably see a doctor you're not the only guy on earth going through this I believe there's a solution. You'll be fine just be honest with her.

I'm assuming it's just performance anxiety and not some underlying medical issue. It sounds like you guy have been clear with eachother that you're ready. So she doesn't sound hung up at all so just tell her. Have you tried getting liquored up? Because that might be enough to settle you down a relax you enough to get down to business. But really man tell her. Don't spring it on her. I mean I know it's not reflection of her. But even the most understanding women can and will take it that way.
The first thing you should do is see a urologist. If you have a physical problem maybe there is treatment. If not it will take a lot of pressure off of you.
All u can do is tell her its not somtging u can successfully hide mate
I’m afraid she’s going to leave me
Go to a professional doctor even if it’s expensive get it fixed
I’m actually really ashamed of going to the doctor and telling him/her about this
As soon as possible.
Also, try some therapy. get in touch with your sexual side. Literally train your body and mind to last longer.
I’m sure she’ll be very supportive and not accuse you of finding her unattractive.
