Why do most guys not commit but are willing to open up in communication and etc?

Been seeing this guy, and I know that being intimate and doing girlfriend stuff is why there's probably no commitment lol but besides that are there any other reason? Forsure past relationships problems and obviously I'm doing stuff with him so no need for a title, but do guys tmi ( have sex with girls they aren't into on there period?) Give forehead and cheek kisses and passionate kisses? Cuddles? He does like me, he's told me, while sober and drunk asf lol but again any other reasons for no girlfriend status?

I don't know why if he felt that way he would not want to make it official? I could only speculate.

I mean I am a guy and I tend to think I understand guys in general but sometimes there is no knowing what guys have going on. I mean if I was drunk asf and I said I loved you then I probably meant it. I mean if I was drunk asf and I did not mean it I would probably tell you honestly how I felt otherwise. Sometimes they just love you for what you do for them and want to leave it at that.

But just because a guy says he loves you doesn't mean his definition of love lines up with your understanding of what you think love should mean. I would assume that if he loves you he would want to make things official, but that is not always true for some guys. I mean i love peanut butter but I would not want to date it... I know that sounds like joke but for some guys that's how they think.

If is something you want with this guy you need to ask him and make it clear, and if he can't commit I would not wait around for it to happen on its own.

Oh yeah... forehead kisses 😂😂😂. NONE of that shit matters. If he respected you, and wanted to be in a committed relationship with you, he would. For some reason you agreed to no commitment which was a mistake. You likely think he will want an upgrade at some point, but he won't.

If he’s not ready to commit you can’t force him. It happened to me once. I got into a relationship that I didn’t want in the first place. In the end I broke up with him and broke his heart. It didn’t have to do anything with him but with me and that I wasn’t ready for a relationship. In the end I started holding a grudge against him for making me be in a situation that I didn’t want in the first place.

relationships is not easy , you need to put a lot effort to make it works , i assume he dont have enough energy for that
