Why do men freak out when they find out I cook and no I don't mean a pack of ramen I mean actually cooking straight down to hand made pasta?

For some reason when men who are romantically interested in me realize I can actually cook and bake they always freak out like grabbing me and saying they are never letting me go.

Wtf cooking is a basic skill big deal I can make beef Wellington or whatever why is that I'll love you forever worthy.
