Why does my guy friend joke I’m with a geriatric when my boyfriend (37m) is 5 years older than me (32f)? Is he jealous?

He made a joke about this 5 times today. I asked him if he was jealous and he said no. Im starting to think he might be or else why bring it up so much? Jokes don’t bother me any, just curious on why a man would say that, so I’m asking on here to see if I'm delusional or not. Haha

There’s a good chance he likes you. He’s trying to put a “wedge” in your head to make your man look undesirable. At the same time in my opinion you need to cut that shit quick, meaning him joking about your man like that. You don’t have to act like a crazed maniac but he needs to be addressed on his disrespect not only to you but to your man as well.
