What is the value of a "hot girl"?

I was chatting with someone who told me "hot girls are a dime a dozen, but a woman of value is a treasure to cherish." We were talking about one of the biblical proverbs about virtuous women... and yet it's a point of act that a guy can't resist looking at and fantasizing over the hot gals while leaving the virtuous gals "on the hook" (sometimes indefinitely).

A hot girl without character is just that... an attractive piece of meat, that entices guys to want to pounce on it. The truth is, genetics do matter and biologically we're attracted to physically attractive people to help pass our genes on. That is our biological disposition and is a fact that women need to accept. It's not shallow to want someone you're physically attracted to.

But if she doesn't have a decent character to pair with that and doesn't have any chemistry with me, then that's not the person I want to have a life with. That's not the one I want to wake up to each morning. That's not the one I want to raise kids with.

Men seek peace. Men want a partner who is a source of calm, not additional drama. A partner who is supportive during stressful times, and someone who doesn't hold grudges. Someone who de-escalates tension rather than amplify it. They want a safe space to be vulnerable and recharge.

When i was young and more interested in sex than love, a hot woman was the real prize. As i have gotten older, i have realized that all that glitters is not gold. I married Ms. Helen in April 2024. She is a 62 year old woman and no one will call her “hot” but she is the best woman i have even known.

It's easy to get a lot of attention and money as a young, hot woman. It is difficult to get respect and be virtuous because it means going against social norms. Women are much more easily influenced by groupthink than men are. The feminism, the degenerate behaviors, voting for bigger government, etc. That's why women overwhelmingly voted for Zohran Mamdani even though his policies are communist and idiotic. Women want the State to be bigger so they don't "need men."

So when you find a woman who is attractive, is intelligent, AND has virtue?

That's practically winning the lottery. Infinitesimally limited supply.

A "woman of worth" or a virtuous woman may or may not also be a hot woman unless the definition of a hot woman means no or next to no clothes and a complete lack of morals whichI don't think is the only definition of a "Hot Woman"

This line of reason makes me uncomfortable... putting "value" on a person for various attributes seems actually devalue all human beings.

in my opinion since forever, men usually want the woman with an amazing body ( face, breast, etc). I can be honest I was never like that crazy over very " hot women". My best experience were with normal and thick women.
