Why did a guy ask how much i like him and if i like him more others or he hope he's special to me? Why ask if i want to be in a rs with them because i care about them or just want a rs? Also, have you guys ever block a girl back because she blocked you?

Sounds like too much game playing going on. If you like him and he likes you then just cut to the chase and start dating. All these feelers and serious questions with no action to follow is just so childish and pointless.

Probably both insecurity and ego boost. And yes, I routinely block people of all genders who block me first (assuming I’m even aware of it; irl there’s no bright red banner telling you you’ve been blocked).

He probably felt rejected. I've only been blocked by one girl, I didn't do the same back.
