Why do skinny, nerdy guys in authority always seem to look down on me?

First off, I don’t make fun of them, harass, anything like that. It’s a strange pattern. It’s very skinny, nerdy dudes. I had two bosses like that. Out to get me, talking down etc. a therapist for outpatient rehab always talk down. Treated me like I was no good. Finally a chiropractor was a total prick. I went to him for a consultation. Doesn’t care about his patients. Pretty much “take it or leave it”. I’ve had therapists, bosses, Physicans etc Not fitting that description and there is no problem by the way. What gives?

Nothing is more dangerous than a weak person given authority. Look at the mods here on this website, reddit, HOA presidents, hall monitors, pencil-dicked bureaucrats... they're all cut from the same cloth

You clearly don’t like them, and while you’re entitled to your opinion, it sounds like you’ve thought about them this way with very little interaction involved. Is it possible that these attitudes are out of response and not necessity?

Not at all. I’m always cordial, civil. I’ve never, ever once insulted a boss, therapist or any of them for that matter. I really think you need to look at Mike hum’s comment.
