Is my piano student flirting with me, and how should I handle it?

So I've been teaching a guy for a while. He's 21 I'm 25. I was showing him a scale but instead of looking he just stared at my reflection in the piano and was smiling!!

He also stayed for a whole hour and the lessons are only thirty minutes.

The problem is I like him too and I don't know what to do because it's killing me. I have to stay professional. He always stays overtime but lately he's been asking and saying it's up to you?

I guess he's just being respectful of my time. He's really sweet and I can't help but have some feelings for him

I suggest keep teaching him and see what happens. If it gets serious, you may have to have him find another piano teacher so the two of you can be in a relationship.

He's been dressing nicer and putting on cologne etc. It almost feels like a date but I know I have to stay professional.. I will just keep teaching him anyway it sounds like he wants to work there now. He said he wants to teach piano too so he is trying to get a job in the same place!

You will have to find out if your workplace has rules about dating students or coworkers.

Well my boss married his wife and they both work there 🤣 and they worked together before he was boss there.

I'd like to date him perhaps.. but he recently changed his pfp and there's a girl beside him.. but he cropped her face out. It's just her hairline. It confused me
