Does a guy doing small favors and extra greetings mean he likes you?

For context, I'm a student teacher and I accidently ran into this math tech teacher's office, thinking it was the printing room. He however, offered to give my printing to the printing guy on my behalf instead of just directing me to the actual printing room. He also always greets me if cross paths, despite having greeted in the morning in the staffroom, he even smiled and waved at me recently as we crossed paths in the corridor. We also happen to be around the same age.
