Coworker stopped talking to me after misunderstanding—should I just let it go?

This guy coworker and me had a little miscommunication at work and now his not speaking or acknowledging me at all he is one of those that will greet you first all the time those past three days after the situation no greet nothing more of avoiding type of thing, and usually he be the one apologizing or trying to sort it out with my closest friend nope not this time should I let it go?
