Guys: Good night, sweet dreams, sleep tight? Friends?

So the guy I have a crush on and me I'm sometimes and we end up where we're going to bed, and he always says good night =) and then either sleep tight or sweet dreams ... I say it back. does this mean anything? he didn't say it when we FIRST started talking but lately has been. I like him.

If it were a friend, I would say "rest well", "sleep well", "have a good night", etc. If it were a girl I liked, I would say stuff like "sweet dreams". I think he likes you too, or at least sees you as a closer friend.
