Girls keeps looking at me and almost always maintains eye contact. Does she like me then?

There is this pretty girl in office that I like a lot and we have been exchanging glances and eye contact for months.

We sit in the same floor and exhange glance whenever we cross each others desk or in the patio.

Sometimes when I croos her desk she gives a hesitant smile, like wanting me to smile.

Also whenever we meet at the office cafeteria she searches/seems to be aware of my presense.

She maintains eye contact when sitting in the cafeteria and always looks at me from her table.

Off late I've made the move and have got into her project and we have started talking (mostly work realted).

I had even invited her of coffee once and we started talking she seemed excited and was playing

with her hair (adjusting few times) and was always playing with the ID card.

I could sense her nervousness. She also wanted to move the discussion to personal topic but I was a bit formal

and restricted myself to mostly work related discussion.

Also whenever I go and talk to another girl in the team she tries to find what we are doing.

For example I took another girl for coffee last week and she was interested in finding where we were going.

At times whenever I find her looking at me, she suddenly turns her head as if I've caught her staring or something.

After all these signs (which I assumed positive) I thought she might like me too and decided to tell her that

I like her.

Yesterday he entire morning she seemed she was in some trouble and had also indicated that she had some headache. she appeared agitated and left office early, I couldn't hold my eagerness and followed her for some distance and stopped her and told that I like her. First she didn't appear too receptive that I followed her but nevertheless I couldn't hold myself and told her nevertheless.

Also we aren't friends by any stretch and started talking one 3 weeks ago.

She didn't give any response. Later I messaged her and asked sorry (no reply).

How do I face her from now on :( ?

I really like her.

If she does not like me, why does she keep looking at me as if she likes me and wants me to approach her.

well maybe you came out strong, first you take her out for a coffee and don't let the conversation flow to something personal and then you go and tell her you like her all of the sudden, and as you said she was agitated so maybe that made her react weirdly, because she does seem somewhat interested.

next time you see her just act your normal self, show her how mature you are

Just walk up and talk to her, if I see someone I like and make eye contact with them constantly then I will walk over and introduce myself, I connect better with men and Its such a good thing for me I guess. So just walk over and say hi, can't hurt...
