I'm no expert on weight loss, so maybe you wouldn't want to consult with me. I even ask some people questions about it! But hey, no one's perfect right ;)?
Here are some healthy and easy weight loss tips! Not using lies from all those sites that want money from you, REAL tips! Lets talk food :)!
1. When you get hungry, don't binge or snack! Replace it with healthy food or water.

I know, I know, as much as you want to grab those delicious leftovers from a restuarant or want to dig your face in that donut-PLEASE, DON'T. It can be celery or carrots or apples or more, celery is your absolute best bet though, not only you can't possibly gain weight from it, you lose some carbs from chewing on it! It is pure genius food. Drink water more, the water weight goes away after you pee and peeing is the best way to lose weight without trying so hard. Also! You can confuse hunger with... drum roll please... DEHYDRATION! *gasp* So if you're hungry... NOPE DID I FOOL YOU? I wasn't gonna say drink water instead of eating, GOD NO. But drink 1 to 2 glasses of water before eating to see if its hunger, if you're not hungry 10-20 minutes after, well, it was dehydration, if you're still hungry, GO EAT, which brings us to numbero dos!
2. Make good eating choices

Bet you didn't see this one coming? Did you!?! Focus on the sald by the way, not her massive, let me add, fake boobs. (I'm also appaled by how many pictures there are of people laughing while eating salad, maybe salads are that funny? I should ask them to tell me a joke next time I eat one.) (Why did the tomato blush?: Cause it saw the salad dressing!) Not funny? Ok. Moving on... tip to eat healthy? When you go grocery shopping, do it on a full stomach. When you go shopping for food on an empty stomach you're so hungry so many stuff looks good to you and you're like oh i'm so hungry i'll eat this *puts in cart* and ooh this *puts in cart*, You see where i'm going! Also, put the healthy food at the FRONT of your refrigerator. (Psst... green, leafy vegetables help you do your business, and doin your business gets all the guck out of you so your stomach doesn't look so bloaded.) Also try adding food to your diet, not subracting them! By this I mean don't just stop eating pizza or cake, but add foods like salads, grilled fish, veggies, sushi, some fruits, etc.
3. Exercising

Another one you didn't see coming?? Wow, you're clueless! But seriously! Burn dem carbs! Only way to REALLY do it? Exercising!!! Not gonna lie, its SOOO hard! But there's different types of weight loss tools when it comes to exercising. Some people want to do exercising to tone up! For toning up, you should do some weights and ab workouts! Girls, don't freak out!! You won't turn out like this from lifting weights:

Haha! No! It takes SERIOUS weight lifting... serioussss and tons of protein shakes added to that. But, being a girl, I know how it is! We want to be toned, curved, and thin! For this, you should do light weights for thinner arms, cardio (Cardio, yasssss!) cardio is bae and it will make you thin like running, biking, rollerskating, walking. Curviness? Exercising isn't what helps you get curves. If you want a curvy butt, try squats you're most likely not gonna get this ass though:

4. Determination!

Like my mom always tells me, 97% of life happens inbetween your ears. Is it that exact ammount? Maybe not. But believing has a lot to do with what actually ends up happening. No i'm not pulling any corny/hippie lines on you. Maybe i'm not...maybe. BELIEVE MY CHILDRENNN.
You're all probably older than me though.
Anyways, you can't just go out there and do it because you "feel like it" or because your "douche-bag, ass hole boyfriend told you to" because "he wants a girl with a hot body"
DON'T DO IT FOR HIM, DO IT FOR YOURSELVES! THIS IS YOUR TIME TO SHINE! I sound like some kind motivational coach haha.

Now, I know I basically just listed a bunch of stuff you knew for like a century now but i'm talking SPECIFICS. You know that it takes eating habits, exercising, and motivation to lose weight. But, it doesn't just take that, i'm just giving you another stepping stone! I'm taking you that extra little mile. Because you have to know all there is! AND NO! I'M NOT PROMOTING ANOREXIA. I'm promoting being healthy. Don't go over the board and stop eating, eat healthy, like I said don't subtract food, add healthy food.
And trust me if you're not happy with your body at this weight (you're probably fine!!!) You won't be after you lose weight most likely. But what matters is that you're healthier, you look healthier, and you should be proud of your new body. YOU ALL ARE BEAUTIFUL!

Do I know why the woman in the 2nd video for aerobic dance workout has a lot of makeup on and having a fan blown in her face to flawlessly make her hair float back? No but it works doesn't it haha?
And remember, you HAVE to keep up with these exercises every day!
Also, for more exercises try getting Just Dance at a video game store if you have an X-Box, if you don't watch it on youtube and dance along to it!

So eat right and exercise. That's not common knowledge...
It really is common knowledge most people know how to do it, they're just too impatient. People lack results right away obviously because no one's gonna get them right away but most people hope for instant results and when they don't see it they just stop.
Although, people might not know WHICH exercises and food to eat to lose weight, but they know the concept.
