I'm losing weight the easy way and I'm seeing progress! Please join me just by doing these easy stepsπππ
First Step: Look in the mirror some people hate doing this and yes I was that person sadly. I hate what I saw in the mirror so I wouldn't dare look...but when I finally did I looked hard and long & didn't feel happy with what I saw at all I didn't look healthy or felt healthy I just looked obesed I was 245 pounds! I cried I couldn't live that kind of lifestyle not loving who I was....So for the first step i looked in the mirror good and hard & asked myself am i happy with my body? Are healthy? I finally came to the conclusion that enough is enough! & did what I had to do! And lost 60 pounds in 6months wooooh!

Step 2: Don't plan...say whaaaat??? Yes don't plan just do it! & don't look back just go for it! I planned my diets all the time used calendars followed many diet plans but they all failed me...when you feel your ready and determined to do it have No excuses! think about looking good and feeling good and most importantly think about your health change your lifestyle into a healthy lifestyle!

Great idea right? this helped me so much I never use big plates anymore this will definitely make a big difference!

Step 5: Drink water everyone knows this one try to drink 5 cups a day & if you don't like drinking water by itself squeeze a lemon in it stay away from those sugary drinks! Sometimes when you think your hungry you can be actually thirsty so drink as much water as you can.
Step 6: Excercise or do some kind of activity for at least 30 minutes a day come on you can do it, It beats sitting on the couch doing nothing but watching tv and eating snacks any day lol & it can also burn FAT so keep it going & don't doubt yourself because you will see Great resultsπ

Please dont beat yourself up trying to loose weight lol & don't rush it to be honest it really takes time. Stay commited heck give your self a day where you can enjoy a treat....I use to treat myself every Saturday with my favorite icecream a little scoop won't hurt beside it's was a reward for staying on top all week and not giving up have fun with losing weight & reach your goals of course it's life changing but it's for the better a better you!
Step 10: Dont give up! Trust me once you see results you won't want to give upπ
