That one thing we all hate is "STRESS." It's always gotta haunt us multiple times in our life, these are some ways I try to relax:

MUSIC 🎼
This is pretty much one of the first things I go straight to, if I'm wanting to stay in that mood but in a calmer position, I listen to songs that are slow and can somewhat relate to my feeling. If I'm trying to get happy, I go for those crazy songs that can make you laugh/smile or just make you dance.

FOOD
If your a food lover like me, this is one of the most key things to do. Go and grab that meal that you've been craving, that food that makes your mouth water!! Even the choice of having to pick what to eat can move your mind to the ultimate problem of what to eat, which makes you forget whatever is stressing you out!

SO/BEST FRIEND/FAMILY
Your go to person, that one person that knows you inside out, and can tell when you need help. They will have some way of cheering you up and helping you! Trust in them!

TV/MOVIE
Turn that tv on and just watch anything, this relaxes your body just in general!

SLEEPING
This may be one of the hard ones to do, but it does work if you actually fall asleep cause you normally feel 100x better when you wake up!

SPORT
As a sports person I find going for a run or playing any form of sport relaxing and it brings your mind far away from whatever was bothering you!

These are a few of my ideas that I use, yours maybe different but if it helps, it works!
