Today I would like to share some Information on Stress. We mostly adjust to the changes taking place around us. Some changes force us to change our routine, which we mentally find it extremely difficult to adjust. This difficult adjustment takes the form of STRESS in modern day terminology. Following are some steps that I feel can help us reduce Stress level.

1) NO SMOKING.
Quit smoking and tobacco related habits once and for all. Try to minimize number of cups of tea or coffee to a maximum of 2 to 3 on daily basis.

Don't contaminate you good time. Try to enjoy your life moment by moment and do not allow bad memories of yesterday to spoil your today.

Let your office be your office only. Don’t use your home as a branch of your office. Avoid bringing office-work at home at least on weekend to spoil weekends and create tension in your family.

Do not be over ambitious, over efficient and over confident. Always keep in mind that there are thousands who have done better than you, facing more problems than you have ever faced.

Learn to manage your time; before it starts managing you, Get your priorities right. Your office, career, social activities and above all your family must be given the time they deserve.
