Yell!

Now you're inside your imaginative world. Let's assume you imagine you're on the top of a windy mountain all alone, nice, now yell aloud inside your head. You cannot yell or scream inside your office or school, so yell inside that imagination.

Laugh

Laughter releases endorphins that improve mood and decrease levels of the stress-causing hormones cortisol and adrenaline. Laughing tricks your nervous system into making you happy.

You may know that watching the fish move can help heart patients. Our computer science teacher once told us that we need to take our eyes away from the screen every twenty minutes to minimize sight problems and stress. As a solution she told us that it's better if we can keep a fish tank nearby or watch people move in the street. Seriously, after working for long periods of time it's very relieving to watch the fish swim here and there inside the tank. If you've got a dog or a cat, spend some time with it.

Talk to a friend/yourself

9 Ways To Relieve Your Stress

Call your friend, talk with him/her for a while and tell your problems how you feel. When things get filled up in your head, the best thing is to talk with someone. If you've got a bestfriend or a girlfriend/boyfriend, they can be very helpful.

If you don't have a friend or a partner, never mind, talk to yourself. Pens down, take a deep breath and talk to yourself. Sometimes there maybe things that you don't want to tell anyone.

Doodle / Write what's in your mind

9 Ways To Relieve Your Stress

Once a friend told me to scribble on the back of my notebook to relieve stress. Since I don't like scribbling I started doodling on the last page, yes it calms you down. I do doodling art while doing homework and you can find tiny fantastic figures in my notebooks and among papers with rough work.

But if your mind is too heavy, write what's in your mind on a diary, paper or anything else. If you've got too many work to do, take a paper or click on a mobile app and make a list of things you ought to do. As you complete a task, cut it off and you'll calm down and will feel better as you cut off them one by one.

I hope this will help you, if you know any other ways which you find relieving leave a comment.
