Today's take is going to be about many things in health, fitness and nutrition we do but it is wrong , the thing is these things seems logical, but they aren't.

So this will be A RANT TAKE.

-what about your body weight ?

The most wrong idea you have , and always fall for is that your body weight is the only thing that is important, most people think that if they drop a pound that it is a good thing, but wait you are wrong , I can't tell you how many times I went up the scale and when I see the weight I would be happy but the BMI test results would be bad, why ?

Well, our weight is made up from many things, fat , muscles bones and water ...etc, you should know that fat mass is greater and weights less than muscles, so you might have lost weight but you might have lost muscles mass and gained fat mass, which is easy to happen.

- Eating less is good

Now I must say that people are just naive when they believe this, you clearly don't know anything about your body needs, now most people who wants to get thin would stop eating, maybe they will eat a meal or two a day and that is it, but what they don't realize is that it is affecting their health in the long run, it will affect your daily body functioning , and your health , you might have health problems sooner than you look thin as you wanted, your body will stay fatigue for the whole time , and that will surely take effect on it.

And for sure it will make your mood bad most of the times, you can't eat anything you want , and you can't get full and most of the times you would be starving.

If you want to lose weight, start eating less calorie rich food, and avoid eating too much bread or rice don't eat so much Mayo or fat , learn how to eat right , don't just eat less.

What is a diet you say ?

Google says : "a special course of food to which a person restricts themselves, either to lose weight or for medical reasons."

We are always on a diet , and that is wrong to put all that mental pressure on your self and eventually you will give up and have lost all your progress. as I said in a previous Take that you should clean your life style and enjoy what you eat, don't make all your meals bad in quality and that is it.

Diets Suck, Drop It!!

- Sleep in the gym

This is so wrong, I mean you can stay two or three hours in the gym if your goal is to burn your body and lose your health and have many issues as you grow up then be my guest.

It is best to train for 45 - 90 minutes max in a day, and you would need at least one day rest each seven days.

So folks , I hope if you do all of this it would be something temporary thing, you should wake up and start get your knowledge from the right places, because the price is your future and it is expensive.
