In the United States of America it is not his right. She's 18. She's an adult so technically she is doing it of her own free will (whether she knows it or not). I suppose you could force your child under 18 to go to doctor appointments, but I think that it is such a bad violation of privacy that your daughter would build up a lot of resentment toward you and would probably end up being more promiscuous than a preacher's daughter just to rebel.
@BuckWild Her age is not relevant. Instead what is relevant is she agreed and that she is living at homed and he is supporting her. If she doesn't like his rules and money, she is free to move out. It is the same if you have a job. The boss make the rules; not you. However, you can quit.
Her age absolutely matters. Because of the fact that she is 18, then she is accepting the whole situation, including the free room and board, all freely by her own will. He cannot compel her to do that. In other words she can quit his little house of crazy at any time. Last year when she was 17, the same thing was not true and she would have been compelled to go see the virginity doctor as dictated by crazy dad. However, now that she is an adult under the law, she is a volunteer as she can leave at any time. And I think most people would encourage her to leave right now.
This is abuse. Would you say the same thing to a 19 year old being beaten by their parents?

This isn't just all about him but you're talking about virginity testing in general. Still no evidence about her being really pressured like that and I'm going with the "presumption of innocence" since it's easy to claim something no one witnessed. This is more of a moral conscience than an excuse because also I'm not saying he's excused for pressuring her. Because that's more than just a warning. It's not possible for a 15 year old to consent to sex with an adult. That is rape, police would need to be contacted soon. For a reasonable person, that would spark more than just, "uh oh that doesn't look good but I'll let it slide." I'll be sure not to let children near you.
