I suffered a Miscarriage yesterday!

Hello Fellow gagers, Yesterday was a sad day as I suffered a miscarriage at 14 weeks. It started normally I woke up and started doing some exercises which my midwife gave to me but during one of them I notice blood dripping from my vaginal area, I called my midwife who examined me and said anything seemed normal and left. It was around 3pm when I starting feeling a pain in my tummy, I suddenly felt the urge to go, I ran, the pain got worse, I had just manged to get my pants down when I felt something pass my opening and heard a plop, I look down and saw my fetus in the toilet bowl, I called my midwife who came and cut the cord and drove me to the hospital. I called my parents who came to support me after giving me an ultrasound said it just wasn't to be and after 3 hours I was released.
