Thanks! It's odd that you spell your name the same as my younger brother! But I loved your message and appreciate that someone will stand up and speak for the men out there... Because, the man-voice in my head sometimes fails and man-mentality.
I enjoyed this article ...greatly! -- let me know when you write another. lol I was just browsing this site to answer a couple questions and here I am typing you in regards to your article. Caught my interest!
Thanks,I appreciate this article! I'm considered attractive, but with that I was really hard on myself when I gained weight.I just cared too much about if I looked good& now I realize it was such a waste of time& energy! If I could go back I wouldn't obsess over if I looked perfect enough. Also,I stopped reading mags bcus they fed into my insecurities,SO GIRLS,if ur hard on yourself, don't look at mags.
I.m usually pretty confident about my looks. I think I'm pretty beautiful, that is, from the waist up. Yesterday my friend told me that her guy friend told her that the first thing a guy looks for in a girl is a nice ass and nice legs. I've got neither of those. I just wish that guys would look at me for my whole not my legs. Well actually for my great personality ;)
Thank you for posting this. Some days I love my body and some days I'm a bit bummed out by things I see a problem. Keeping this in mind will help those bummed days gradually go away I hope

I liked this. Even though I became confident about the way I look over the years it's still a good reminder. I especially like the last line, that one made me feel happy, I really needed that today.
I love this article. I used to be fit and active and now I have a child and stretch marks and YES guys do appreciate stretch marks. my guy does anyway. it happens when you bring life to this earth.
thanks for showing me that guys actually do appreciate a woman no matter what her looks are.
Thank god my boyfriend only loves me..so he says. I'm his first girlfriend and he is so innocent its adorable. He tells me how beautiful I am but I just can't believe him. :/
You said: There is no such thing as a perfect body. But I have to say that int this worl some women have boyish bodies with large chest and broad shoulders, no waist, slim hips, they have no curves. I realize that my wife is like that, once she began to loose weight. In the begining, I tought it was the fat, but we booth realize that is body type. Boyish. Now I am frustrated that I have chosed for my entire life a wife with a large and boyish body. Girls with boyish body are rare, but still...
This is great. thanks to you I don't hate my big boobs even though I think they are way to big for my 5'1 body. I don't feel that sel concious anymore. a little bit. but at least a little bit is gone.....for now.... I think.

LOL at the first line in the article! Does ANYONE think the girls in Sex and the City are the epitome of beauty?
But yeah, the article makes good points. Be comfortable with what you've got and good things will happen.
Aww...thanks jarett for this article, a real confidence booster and I really liked the last two lines as well. :)
Tall, thin and muscular =] sexy as hell! <---- anywho, confidence in that is what makes it sexy! LOVE YOURSELF and BE yourself, its all good =]
It seems like every guy I know prefers thick girls with butt or boobs. Unfortunately I'm neither of the 3 :/
Really great article. A must-read for any lady out there struggling with what they feel is ''wrong'' with their body.

You make it sound so easy. I should start thinking like that [:
I know my body isn't perfect and I don't care. I like my shape. I'm average!
This actually made me not want to hate my body! THANKS
