How do you lose weight without diet pills and under 2 weeks?

Basically by burning more calories than you consume on a daily basis.

Workout 4 times a least of at least 1 hour workouts. High intensity workout's is preferred. Avoid all sugary soda's and carbonated drinks. Drink water more and orange juice or apple juice if you don't like water. Avoid eating greasy foods. Grilled chicken, shrimp, baked fish, sushi, tuna salad, chicken salad are all many types of healthy food. Never eat anything 4 hours prior to going to sleep. That's pretty much it. Good luck.

i eat less than what I usually eat, I eat more vegies and fruits, take fiber pills with lots of water, drink lots of water, don't eat junk, don't eat before going to bed, exercise more often and vigorously. that sort of stuff helps.

the most you'd be able to lose safely through eating right and exercising in 2 weeks is about 3-4 lbs. Anything more than that is unsafe...unless you are obsese...then its easy to lose a lot of weight.
