1.I also wanna start Insanity again, because it's so hard and really works you out, but I was wondering do you guys know any other programs? That would slim me, not make me even fatter in the thighs especially because of the muscles?
2.Also, what should I eat? And how do I control myself from eating junk food, chips, lots of sweets?
My typical day is : a yogurt in the morning (need to get to school so don't have time to eat more)
at school I eat junk food or pastry products (not good I know)
And when I come home at 1-2 pm , depends what I want, but usually : either baked potatoes, or spaghetti or smoked fish or some meal cooked by my mom.
I don't drink soda or any kind of juice, except on occasions. I love water.
