Can I get fit in 2 months and a half? Please help.Guys and girls, please read the description (long)?

Excluding the period weeks. So I am a let's say pear-shaped girl (not fully, I'm not that disproportionate) ,5 '3-5'4 and 148 lbs ( 67kg). I want to get fit for myself to feel pretty and also to look good at my neighbor's (a close friend) wedding. And to prove I can look good and not feel sad all the time. I'm tired of feeling so low of myself and having no self-esteem and being made fun of. I want to feel happy with my body. Is there a way I can lose weight and get fit with my whole body, but also on my thighs? And how to lose the belly pouch? The last time I lost weight, I looked ok at my abs, but that belly pouch won't just go away.
1.I also wanna start Insanity again, because it's so hard and really works you out, but I was wondering do you guys know any other programs? That would slim me, not make me even fatter in the thighs especially because of the muscles?
2.Also, what should I eat? And how do I control myself from eating junk food, chips, lots of sweets?
My typical day is : a yogurt in the morning (need to get to school so don't have time to eat more)
at school I eat junk food or pastry products (not good I know)
And when I come home at 1-2 pm , depends what I want, but usually : either baked potatoes, or spaghetti or smoked fish or some meal cooked by my mom.
I don't drink soda or any kind of juice, except on occasions. I love water.
Can I get fit in 2 months and a half? Please help.Guys and girls, please read the description (long)?
