Are there any side effects to slim pasta?

Just wondering. They don't taste horrible if you put them in home made minestrone or mushroom soup, and are only 20 calories/packet. Kind of chewy but not that bad considering the calories.

Anyway are there side effects of eating too much of these things? Like 4 times a week. I'm not crazy, just touching up on my body cos I'm going on holidays
