I started to religiously workout this year. first going 3 times a week (Stronglifts 5x5) then I started to tailor it the past month. I started training properly to developed more good and healthy habits. I feel good and training plus a few other positive changes in my life have really made me a better version of my self

You know I'm lifting hardBODY! 4-6 days a week. The gym is my sanctuary. I just put the headphones on and get lost in it for a couple hours. I used to do it to look good and I was a bouncer, so I needed to be able to hold my own, then I started playing football again in a semipro league and was lifting for that, and now its because I'm 35 and I gain five pounds just from SMELLING food, haha.
Well I lift objects, not necessarily weights, but I lift other things...such as my phone, computers, various foods and beverages, controllers, remotes, car keys, my wallet, my own body, etc. the list goes on. I think its safe to say that almost every human being on this planet lifts, so why ask such a question? :P
Yes. I do free weights and boxing. I also use a bar bolted to the wall , I'll do upside down sit up from there. I hold different lbs of free weights as I do them. I do push ups and jump rope. a lot of core training. I do this every day. Now that I'm older , I want everything to stay tight and it's working great. I can still run a mile in under 5mins, only if I have to. I hate running. My sister and I will work out together and she's a runner so I have to suck it up and go.
I don't work out. I've tried it several times though, but Always ended up being unable to use my arms for 2 weeks, or had a lot of pain with walking afterwards. So I decided not to work out anymore.

I have enough muscle mass on my body.
Now my focus is on cardio, muscle stamina and flexibility so I play bball and work out using my resistance band (useful tool for traveling BTW!).
I'm going to incorporate yoga in my routine as well.I lift so much bro, that president Obama almost had to ask me to stop lifting because I was getting too swole!
Not really, I actually life and I'm quite strong, benching 140% my body weight and squatting 170% my body weight. I plan to bench at least 160% my body weight and squat 210% my body weight by the time I'm done.Lift?

Yeah. I haven't done any real weightlifting in a few months though because I got back into hockey and judo, and I've been doing cardio and yoga as well. I like exercising though.
Yes I do. I'm about to go it right now.
Weight training 3x a week, full body. I don't have the time to be doing split days haha.
It's just a for fun and cause I like it.I prefer working out my core for the 6 packs, and my run for the cardio. For upper body strength, I don't lift though, I just do pushups and pullups instead.
No I don't. I do general exercise for one hour per week.
