I lift. 4 time a week. 2x upper body and 2 x lower body. . I'm actually going to gym in 15 minute. Upper body today.
I started to religiously workout this year. first going 3 times a week (Stronglifts 5x5) then I started to tailor it the past month. I started training properly to developed more good and healthy habits. I feel good and training plus a few other positive changes in my life have really made me a better version of my self

+1 yYou know I'm lifting hardBODY! 4-6 days a week. The gym is my sanctuary. I just put the headphones on and get lost in it for a couple hours. I used to do it to look good and I was a bouncer, so I needed to be able to hold my own, then I started playing football again in a semipro league and was lifting for that, and now its because I'm 35 and I gain five pounds just from SMELLING food, haha.

Well I lift objects, not necessarily weights, but I lift other things...such as my phone, computers, various foods and beverages, controllers, remotes, car keys, my wallet, my own body, etc. the list goes on. I think its safe to say that almost every human being on this planet lifts, so why ask such a question? :P

Yes. I do free weights and boxing. I also use a bar bolted to the wall , I'll do upside down sit up from there. I hold different lbs of free weights as I do them. I do push ups and jump rope. a lot of core training. I do this every day. Now that I'm older , I want everything to stay tight and it's working great. I can still run a mile in under 5mins, only if I have to. I hate running. My sister and I will work out together and she's a runner so I have to suck it up and go.

I have enough muscle mass on my body.

I'm going to incorporate yoga in my routine as well.03 Reply- 671 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic.

If your arm can move up and down and you can form an O with your lips, seems to me you're getting the critical exercises in.
