Is anyone here an overeater/binge eater?

I was just wondering how you cope with it. What helps you not overeat/binge and what helps you eat well.

I'm slowly improving but I have setbacks.

If you've suffered any other eating disorders feel free to give your input, but I'm mostly concerned with overeating and binging (without the purging)
