I'm slowly improving but I have setbacks.
If you've suffered any other eating disorders feel free to give your input, but I'm mostly concerned with overeating and binging (without the purging)
I have sometimes binge eating episodes. What helps for me is healthy eating and avoiding foods that trigger binge, though allowing something you like every day (50g of chocolate for me).
But I have heard that there is book that helps called Brain over Binge.

I'm a binger as well and am currently trying to stop as well. It's not improving but I'm working on it.

I used to binge my secret to stop was to distract myself for example go somewhere with friends, play a sport, ect, or if you can't handle the crave drink coffee it has super low calories, fills you, and boosts your metabolism!!! :D
