I'm 5'5 and weigh 130 pounds. I'm have been pretty skinny most of my life, but I started working out about a week and a half ago, what would you recommend as far as protein, calories, and carb intake? Among other necessary muscle building consumption.
Body weight in lbs * 17 = bulk
So 130 *17=2210 lets round of to 2300
Protein 1.5gms per lbs bodyweight. So
1.5*130= 195 (180-200 gms)
Fat and carbs can be adjusted so as to meet the calorific requirements.
1gm protein/1gm carb= 4 calories
1gm fat = 9 cals.
Just use the above values to calc your fat and carbs.
