How many calories, protein, fats, carbs and all that good stuff should I eat on a daily basis to gain strength and build muscle mass?

I'm 5'5 and weigh 130 pounds. I'm have been pretty skinny most of my life, but I started working out about a week and a half ago, what would you recommend as far as protein, calories, and carb intake? Among other necessary muscle building consumption.
