What causes nausea in the mornings?

Today I had two lettuce wraps full of chicken and cheese and afterwards I was about to leave the house to see my friends when I started to feel like throwing up.

I had diarrhea afterwards so I think it might be because the food I ate this morning was contaminated with bacteria or whatever. I will be more careful what I eat from now on.

The first meal of the day should be light and easy to assimilate, like fruits or bread, which both provide sugar, the one most important element to renew after fasting during the night. Proteins are much more useful at supper time.

I honestly tend to skip breakfast every day because I just don't feel like eating during the first 4 hours of my day. So I vote for lack of sleep.
