Need some helps girls.. how to keep hair looking healthy for few more days after washing them;)?

Washed my hair 1day ago and today i noticed they start slowly getting dry.. i don't want to wash them all again. Plus my hair is very long so it' ll be a pain :(. 
Any tips to save them from getting dry for a few more days. P. S dry shampoo won' t help me! Just gives me dandroff..

First, you probably do need a trim. I had hair down to my waist too. I had two inches cut off every time I went to the hair salon ( every 10-12 weeks). Cutting your hair at regular intervals helps get rid of dry, split ends and helps it grown back stronger.

2. You are probably in need of a hair mask for intense moisturizing. There are many good products out there. If you can't afford the salon products (they are expensive), then you can either use mayonnaise or olive oil and leave it on for a couple of hours. If you can leave it on overnight using a shower cap, even better.

3. I tend to wash my hair every 2-3 days. If I am not going out at all, I'll put it in a bun and try to go an extra day without washing. When shampooing I concentrate on my scalp, shampooing twice, but only once on the rest of the hair. I use a moisturizing conditioner on the bottom half of my hair, never the top.

4. Once a month instead of conditioner, I will use a cider vinegar rinse (1 part vinegar, 2 part water) to remove shampoo residue.

5. Don't blow dry your hair. Try to natural dry as much as you can.

6/ Take a supplement for skin, hair or nails. If not, try taking a tsp of brewer's yeast every morning. Works wonders for skin, hair and nails.

I've had your same exact problem when I had my really long hair! It went down to my butt. But then I got a haircut and my hair is very healthy now. Maybe that's what you need, a haircut. :P The ends may be dead.
Don't use hot water when taking a shower! Use warm water. Don't wash your hair everyday. You can take showers everyday just don't wash your hair everyday. Wash your hair maybe every other day or wait two days to wash it. Also if you wash your hair when your taking a shower rinse it all on cold water before you get out! It helps your hair, lol. Makes it have a shinier coat.

you can buy l'oreal evercreme cleansing conditioner (shampoo+conditioner both are in it ) or any professional salon shampoo which is sulfate free and targets dry hair and follow it up with conditioner from the same collection

Only Shampoo the scalp, and only condition the length of the hair. If you have long hair, braiding it while still wet and letting it dry that way will help retain a lot of moisture in your hair. There are also home oil treatments that add a lot of good stuff or if it continues to be a problem, you may want to try a shampoo/conditioner product that is specifically to treat dry hair. Satin pillows are awesome for long hair, they don't pull/mess your hair up, which will help it retain moisture too. Also, the more you wash it, the more you strip the natural oils so if you can go a few days without washing it, that's good for it too. Good luck!

i'd suggest using a hair moisturizer but i don't know from personal experience because my hair is really easy it doesn't go greasy for at least a week and it's not dry but that's what i'd suggest
